The accessory requires an active RJ-45 socket.
Additionally, the IR-Eye allows for the programming of any IR remote, giving users the ability to customize their control according to their needs.
It is used in situations where there is a lack of range caused by, for example, construction or the desire to extend or change the location of the IR receiver.
